1. No Refunds After Delivery Acceptance

All packages are thoroughly validated during the delivery process. Once the product is delivered and accepted by the customer, no refunds will be applicable under any circumstances.

2. Refunds for Unavailable Products

If a product you ordered is unavailable or goes out of stock after purchase, we will process a full refund to your original payment method or offer a suitable alternative, based on your preference.

3. Order Cancellations Before Delivery

Orders may be cancelled before the product is dispatched or out for delivery. In such cases, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 working days.

4. Refund Process

Once a refund is approved (in case of unavailability or order cancellation), we will initiate the process immediately. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few working days for the amount to reflect in your account.
