Daxton Store is an online platform that facilitates pet related products for sale by our Partners. Our role is strictly limited to providing an online space for these products. Daxton Store manages payments, logistics, and/or delivery, and all transactions take place directly between us and the users.

1. No Refunds or Returns

Daxton Store does not process or guarantee refunds for any purchases made through the platform as the users are requested to check and vaidated the product at the time of delivery. Once the delivery is accepted no refunds or returns are applicable

2. User Responsibility

Users on Daxton Store are responsible to check the products online and check & validate the packages while delivery. Daxton Store will not be responsible for any damages once the delivery is accepted

3. Refunds Applicability

Refunds might be applicable if the customer paid for the products in advance and have cancelled the order.

4. Disputes Between Daxton Store and Users

Daxton Store allows the users to raise a disputes using out Contact US section and greivances will be address by the team. We encourage users to report any suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of our rules for review and possible action.

5. Reporting Abuse or Fraud
